Anyone who has ever owned a dog will tell you just how hard it is when the dog passes away, as they tend to become very much part of the family and it is almost like losing a relative. While you can go out and then get another dog, it is never quite the same and the new dog will never be able to replace the old dog, although the pain hits home once again when that dog goes on to die.
Singer Miley Cyrus had an Alaskan Klee Kai named Floyd who she grew very attached to and she was very clearly devastated earlier this year, when she announced that Floyd had been killed by a coyote back in April. Since then, Miley has decided to seek the help of psychic Melissa Bacelar, who specialises in contacting animals who have passed away.
Melissa was talking to the Daily Mirror about Miley Cyrus contacted Floyd, telling them, "It was particularly hard as [Miley] wasn't there when Floyd died, so there would have been a huge amount of guilt. I connect with the dog telepathically. Some will give me actual words but, most of the time, I will get images and feelings which I pass on to the owner."
Since Floyd's death back in April, Miley Cyrus has been very open and public about her distraught at his passing, posting many pictures and videos on Floyd on her official Instagram account. Last month though, Miley decided that it was time to move on and welcomed the Rough Collie Emu Coyne into her family, making it clear that the new dog was not a replacement for Floyd.
