In a recent documentary, this Serbian fashion model spilled the beans about her everyday experiences in the fashion industry. Mina says that being a model is not as easy as it might appear in a magazine or on a television screen. A lot of things go through her mind when she's undertaking work related assignments. Ms. Cvetkovic knows that being a high-end fashion model doesn’t necessarily mean that she'll have a stable income; every day, she has to work for her money.
To sustain her needs and wants, Mina has to go to different go-sees in various parts of the globe, where she spends numerous days trying out clothes and demonstrating her runway walk to a handful of designers; sometimes they call her back to be part of a fashion show and sometimes they don't. During a go-see, Mina tends to not say much and is not opinionated; even if she truly likes a garment, she doesn’t dare ask for its cost. This 24-year-old knows that she has to act like a mannequin during a go-see, and she is okay with that.
During catwalk rehearsals, this brunette becomes very nervous, as the light is always very bright and a lot of people are always watching, so Mina never knows how well she walked the walk. When it’s time for the real deal, the same thing occurs but with more force—she begins to stress-out.
Currently, this model is practicing different stress release techniques that appear to be functioning, such as conversing and just having a good time with her fellow models backstage at fashion shows.
