Australian model Miranda Kerr has praised her husband Orlando Bloom for being such a great father to their one year old son Flynn. Miranda has claimed that she is very proud with how Orlando has stepped up to fatherhood since Flynn was born, just over a year ago. Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom recently threw a birthday party for their little boy.
Kerr explained, "He has really stepped up to the role and is very hands-on. It makes me proud that he is such a good dad." The couple recently celebrated Flynn’s first birthday and Miranda added, "It was a gluten-free cake and organic, of course. He put his face in the cake. It was a healthy kick-start to his first birthday.”
She continued, "There were a lot of balloons. That was a lot of fun. He was awake for a couple of hours and then it was nap time." Miranda Kerr recently revealed how Orlando Bloom was in more pain than she was during the birth of baby Flynn. Orlando Bloom can be seen reprising his role as Legolas on the big screen when he appears in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, which is set to be released on December 14, 2012.
