Australian model Miranda Kerr has revealed how she often holds her baby son Flynn in her arms while she is doing squats, as he works as an added weight. Miranda got herself back into great shape following the birth of Flynn and has continued with her exercises ever since.

Kerr explained to On The Red Carpet, “Sometimes I actually hold my son and do squats because he’s like a weight. Since the baby, I’ve started to really up my Pilates routine, so that you get that really good, core strength.”
She added, “And I do a lot more squats and resistance training now, that’s for sure. I always have to be swimsuit ready.” It seems that a lot of celebrities like to reveal their very own unique ways of exercise after having a baby but Miranda Kerr’s is one of the best we have heard.

Miranda Kerr has been with her husband, Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom, since 2007, after Miranda finally gave in to Orlando’s persistency. The couple married in July 2010 in an intimate ceremony and Miranda then gave birth to their son Flynn on January 6, 2011.
