One of the biggest and most successful supermodels on the planet would have to be the Australian beauty Miranda Kerr, who has worked with the biggest and best names in the modelling world. Miranda is arguably one of the most beautiful models in the modelling industry, with a body to die for and she has revealed how she keeps herself in such great shape.
Kerr was doing a Q&A on Twitter, when she admitted that she stays looking so good, by "taking the stairs instead of the elevator," or "walking instead of driving when possible." As for the diet side of keeping in shape, the supermodel added, "Make sure you are drinking enough water and eating enough fruits and vegetable."

As for what her favourite thing to do is, as most of you will probably know, Miranda Kerr is a huge fan of yoga, "I try to do at least 20 minutes of yoga or resistance training per day! I love downward dog, bridge and tree pose."
So there you have it, if you wish to have a supermodel body then you need to make fitness a daily routine, eat healthy and drink lots of water, and do plenty of daily workouts. Good luck guys and go get that supermodel body.
