Mollie King covers the March issue of Cosmopolitan UK, promoting the Saturdays’ new single as well as their upcoming tour. In the interview, she opens up about her single life, her relationships, and how she’s never had a one-night stand.
Despite being beautiful and talented, Mollie insists that she doesn’t take advantage of her looks when she goes out with her friends, instead preferring to ‘dance the night away’. She says, “When I go out, I'm not going out to find a man; I'm going to dance the night away with my best friends."
She also reveals her expectations for a relationship, saying that sex or one-night stands are not something she’s interested in, adding, “I've never had a one-night stand or sex on the first date, and I don't think I ever would. It's important for a guy to know and understand me before he can even think about taking things to the next step."
She continues to explain her views on breakups and how relationships are always difficult to make work, and she definitely comes off as grounded and level-headed. Despite her rising fame as the Saturdays start to get more popular, she seems as if she knows what she’s doing and is thinking about her relationships and career in the long run.
