Monica Bellucci has a new interview with the Italian Magazine ‘Myself’ talking about today’s body issues that women have, as well as what is considered the ‘ideal’ body shape.
She talks about how she doesn’t think being thin is a good message, saying, “Perfection doesn’t exist and if it did, I would find it very boring. For sure, a skinny body is attractive. But who ever said that a bigger body couldn’t be beautiful in the same way? With big breasts and big arms?”
She also adds that there is a lot more to beauty and looking good than designer clothes, designer bags, and endless weight loss diets, saying, “The most important thing is to be confident with yourself. If you feel good, everything seems fine. If you feel awkward, you are going to convey your insecurity. I know a lot of beautiful women that are not aware of their beauty.”
Monica Bellucci is well known for both her figure as well as her beauty, but she is not considered to be stick thin. Bellucci is an internationally renowned Italian actress, and is also married to Vincent Cassell, and best known on an international scale for her role in Matrix: Reloaded.
