She plays the meaty role of Anne Glass, a pediatrician who become the field doctor for the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment in this action science fiction thriller about the survivors of an alien attack who come together to fight back in order to survive.
This role has enabled her to show her extensive dramatic range and her performance has put her on the radar screen of several movie directors and producer as an actress who could be the leading lady in a dramatic movie. The beautiful actress has developed a very loyal following of fans due to her scintillating looks as she is a favorite of many male admirers who remember her as a regular on Maxim magazine's Hot 100 list. However, it is the extensive dramatic range, the grit and ability to convey strength yet compassion in her role as Anne Glass in "Falling Skies" that has entertainment insiders and movie/television executives thinking about her as an actress whose talent has developed to that of leading lady status.
If the rumours emanating throughout the entertainment industry are correct fans of Moon Bloodgood should not be surprised if the attractive actress is soon announcing the addition of some movie projects in which she will be playing a feature/leading lady role now that she has returned from maternity leave.
Moon Bloodgood is ready to make the move from supporting actress to leading lady on a consistent basis.
