The Pirates of the Caribbean actress Naomie Harris is set to appear on the big screen in the new James Bond movie Skyfall. Naomie plays the character Eve and she has been giving some insight into her character and the relationship she has with James Bond.

Harris told Flicks and Bits, “She sees [Bond] as her equal, but also as someone she admires because he is the ultimate field agent. Eve wants to learn from Bond, but she's also kind of showing off in the beginning as well because she wants to be – in the beginning – a female version of Bond.”
She added, “She discovers pretty fast that she's not quite as necessarily good as she'd like to think she is! She's not afraid to stand her ground with Bond, and I think that makes her so much more interesting. Eve and Bond get on really well, they have a great banter and I think there's a mutual respect there.”

As well as Naomie Harris, Skyfall also sees Daniel Craig in his third outing as 007 as well as an all star cast, including Ralph Fiennes, Judy Dench and Javier Bardem. Skyfall is set to be released in the UK on October 26 and in the US on November 9.
