How I Met Your Mother actor Neil Patrick Harris has spoken out about his love for his gay partner David Burtka, claiming that they are very much in love with each other. Neil admitted that, while the love is always there, he is not going to pretend that they do not have their rough patches, as he sometimes feels that he questions their relationship.
Harris explained, "There's something kinetic about him and his being. He's classically sexy, yet he's very much a boy in his energy. It's a great dynamic. I don't want to paint our relationship like we met and it's been happy family fantastic-ness ever since. What defines a relationship is the work that's involved to maintain it, and it's constantly changing.”
He added, "Sometimes I'm deeply in love with David and head-over-heels, and sometimes I question whether it's going to work out and is meant to be."
