Super Bass singer Nicki Minaj has revealed that she is very concerned about the length of time it is taking to make the video for the song Starships. Nicki admitted that, when the video does finally come out, it is likely to be her best video to date.
Minaj explained to Capital FM, "I'm freaking out because the video is taking way too long. When it comes out it's going to be very, very saucy and very exciting and it's going to be lots of fun and probably going to be my best one yet."
She added, "Well, I went out to Hawaii and I met a lot of beautiful Hawaiian men that were so amazing – I just didn't want to leave. We shot the video on the beach, we shot the video in the mountains. It was just dope, the scenery was amazing.”
Nicki continued, "You can expect to feel like, you know what, let's get out the bikinis. Let's go and have a good time. A shoutout to everyone on Spring Break right now. It's just one of those records that feels good and the video compliments that."
Nicki Minaj’s new album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded is out now in the UK and is released in the US tomorrow (April 3).
