Former Desperate Housewives actress Nicollette Sheridan will appear in the upcoming television movie The Christmas Spirit, which has been shot in just 15 days. With the movie due to premiere in just a few weeks time, Nicollette has spoken about the project and the super quick shooting schedule.
Sheridan recently explained, "To shoot a movie in 15 days, that’s just off the charts. We’re shooting nine pages (of script) a day. That is record time. It really puts pressure on everyone, including the editing and laying in the music.”
Nicollette admitted that everybody has been so accommodating to the cast and crew, who have been filming well into the early hours of the morning, “We’ve been so welcomed by everybody here, especially on the side street with the houses where we’ve been shooting until 3 in the morning," she added.
As well as starring Nicollette Sheridan, the TV movie The Christmas Spirit will also feature Olympia Dukakis and Bart Johnson and has been directed by Jack Angelo, who wrote the script for the movie along with Nicollette. The Christmas Spirit will premiere on the Hallmark Channel at 8pm on December 1.
