The Vampires Diaries actress Nina Dobrev has revealed how impressed she was by the performance of her The Perks of Being a Wallflower co-star Emma Watson. Nina admitted that people, who are used to seeing Emma as Harry Potter character Hermione Grainger, are in for a shock.
Dobrev explained, “The world has only seen her basically in one role – a pretty conservative, sweet, smart character, which is great."
"But this one, she pushes the envelope in a different way than anyone’s ever seen her, which is really great. It’s a great role for her.”
As well as starring Nina Dobrev and Emma Watson, The Perks of Being a Wallflower is also set to star Logan Lerman and Ezra Miller. The Perks of Being a Wallflower has been written and directed by Stephen Chbosky and is set to be released next year. Although an exact release date is still to be confirmed.
