There have been some fantastic rivalries on the music scene over the years but one of the most memorable ones would have to be between Blur and Oasis in the 90s. Brit Pop was at its peak and these two bands were leading the way, so it was no surprise that they clashed on occasion.

Oasis before their split
Blur frontman Damon Albarn and Oasis star Noel Gallagher were less than kind about each other back then but, more recently, put their differences aside and performed at a concert together. Now, according to Blur's Alex James, Noel and Damon are working on a few projects together.
Alex told the Sziget Festival website, "Damon and Noel Gallagher are working together on a lot of stuff, so whatever was back then is not relevant anymore. But we have to add that young bands today are all very nice. We were totally intolerable."

Damon Albarn in his youth
Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher was also at loggerheads with Damon Albarn in the 90s, as well as his brother Noel Gallagher, with the two falling out on regular occasions. Liam recently spoke about Noel and Damon becoming friends, claiming that it was all fake.
