There are a lot of people in the entertainment industry who suffer from a number of different ailments and, while some of these stars do not like to talk about their problems, there are others who are very open about them. The Newsroom actress Olivia Munn suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, known as OCD, and she has revealed how she has regular morning workouts to help combat it.
Munn was talking to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column, when she said, To combat my OCD, a trainer helps me work out every day 6 a.m. I don't know what he does, but it helps. We talked over the weekend."
As well as opening up about her workout sessions, which not only help her to fight her OCD but also keep her looking in great shape, Olivia Munn also opened up about her style and her diet. Olivia says that she never has to brush her hair, while also admitting that she does not stick to a specific diet.
Munn added, "I'm Chinese so I have thick hair, which I don't brush, and use different products. I love vintage shopping. I don't diet. I eat plenty. Lunch was chicken marsala, miso soup, spare ribs. I send up Korean and Indian room service."
As far as her acting career goes, Olivia Munn will next be seen on the big screen, starring alongside Eric Bana, Edgar Ramírez, Joel McHale and Sean Harris, in the movie Deliver Us from Evil, which is directed by Scott Derrickson. Deliver Us from Evil will open on July 2 in the US, before then hitting the big screen in the UK on August 22.
