Hollywood beauty Olivia Munn plays the role of Psylocke in the upcoming movie X-Men: Apocalypse and she has looked in absolutely incredible shape since she landed the role. That is down to two very important factors; her vigorous workouts and weapons training, mainly with a sword, as well as her strict diet. Olivia has now opened up about her diet, revealing one of the key details about it.
Munn explained, "[My aim was to be] as fit and healthy as I could be, for myself. By the time I was finished [filming], I was 12 pounds less than I started...It’s a big difference because I started working out every single day, and then I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever."
Unfortunately though, there are always going to be those who want to have a dig and there have been quite a few people who have claimed that Olivia Munn was losing weight in an unhealthy manner, or that she must have turned to surgery. However, Olivia has admitted that she knows that the haters are always going to hate and she has learned to take the positives from their criticisms.
Munn added, "People want to say things... My girlfriend, she said to me the other day, 'If people are wondering why you look younger, it’s better than them asking why do you look older.'" Now that is some great advice.
X-Men: Apocalypse is set to hit the UK today (May 18), while it is not due to hit the big screen in the US until May 27. We cannot wait!
