TRON: Legacy actress Olivia Wilde has confirmed that she will not being playing Linda Lovelace in the movie based on the adult movie star. Olivia had previously claimed, earlier this year, that she was seriously considering playing the role but now it appears that she has had a change of heart.
Back in July, Wilde said, "It would be a tremendous honor. It's such a cool role. She was a fascinating woman, with where she came from to Deep Throat to then working with Gloria Steinem and Nora Ephron. It's really fascinating." She has now rejected the role.
Olivia explained, "I'm not doing that one, no." Other big name, Hollywood stars are still linked to Lovelace including Kate Hudson and James Franco. Lovelace is set to be directed by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman and is pencilled in for a 2012 release date.
