Former X Factor contestant Olly Murs has had a very successful music career since leaving the show, as well as proving himself as a presenter on The Xtra Factor. However, Olly has admitted that he put a lot of stress on himself to success, which led to him becoming very stressed.

Olly Murs on Deal or No Deal
Murs told Alan Titchmarsh, "I had two jobs starting last year. I had my new album coming out, obviously new singles. I was really excited about that. And then I took The Xtra Factor job, so I had these two jobs. I'd never done TV work before and it was the first time, it’s live TV and presenting in front of an audience – I was like, ‘Oh my God, I’ve never done this before’. I was so nervous."
He added, "I thought to myself I'm doing really well on my music, and for some reason it played on my mind so much I thought if this goes wrong it’s going to make all my music suffer and I'm going to lose pretty much both careers and it could be over for me. And I think I got all this anxiety and I started worrying and I was getting really nervous about it and I think it just really affected me."

Olly Murs recently admitted that he is currently single, as he focusses so much time and effort on his career, that he does not have enough time for a girlfriend. Olly is set to have even less time on his hands soon, as he heads over to the US, in a bid to crack the American music market.
