The young and talented British actress Georgie Henley rose to fame playing the role of Lucy Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia movies but since then her career seems to have stalled somewhat, with the actress not being seen on the big screen since the third instalment of the franchise. Fortunately though, Georgie has still been working on her acting career and the 18-year-old star has more projects coming up in the coming year or so.

Earlier this month we saw Georgie Henley appear in the new movie Perfect Sisters, which also stars Abigail Breslin and Mira Sorvino. Perfect Sisters centres around two sisters who have become fed up with their mother for constantly being drunk and bringing home a string of different men, so come up with a plan to kill her.
Next up for Georgie Henley is a role in the movie The Sisterhood of Night, which co-stars Kara Hayward, Laura Fraser and Kal Penn and is expected to open sometime later in the year. The Sisterhood of Night focusses on a young girl who manages to expose a secret society in her New Jersey suburb.

As well as continuing with her acting career, Georgie Henley is also focussing on her education, making sure she has something to fall back on should her acting career not become a full-time career. There is no denying that Georgie Henley is a very talented actress and, once her studies are finished, we expect to see a lot more of her on the big screen. Watch this space!
