A buyer of a condominium at One57 in New York City is someone who has reached the pinnacle of success in their industry and is generally recognized as an industry leader. The building is the tallest residential building in New York City and with a rumoured average price of $45 million per unit they are not cheap. Some of the reputed buyers include mega acting superstar Denzel Washington, singer extraordinaire "Sting" and sports television commentator Bob Costas
The development has been featured on a lot of programs

One57 is incredibly beautiful and reminds one of the gorgeous structures you see in Hollywood movies as there are floor to ceiling windows and his and her master bedrooms that provide the best views of New York City. The condominiums have brought in orders from China, Great Britain, Canada and the United States as the rich and famous worldwide have looked to buy one of the exclusive 92 units.

Several Forbes billionaires have bought condominiums at One57 and their condominium neighbors will be fellow professional leaders. One reputed buyer of a One57 condominium is Bill Ackman, a hedge fund manager who is part of a group of investors who made a condo purchase at this address for $90 million. As some entertainment insiders have noted, one look at the incredibly expansive interiors of these condominiums and the features that are provided in the units which include high definition televisions in the bathroom, huge refrigerators and light wood floors likely made the selling of these units to those with the money to afford them a very easy sell.
