The Marvel Cinematic Universe is absolutely dominating Hollywood these days and it seems that there are a lot of other studios that are scared to go head to head with any new Marvel movie release, as they know just how popular the comic book movies have become. Time and time again we have seen movies changing their release dates, as they do not want to have to compete with a Marvel release.

Pan has moved its release date
That scenario seems to have happened once again, as the upcoming Marvel movie Ant-Man has scared some studios into moving the release date of their own upcoming movie projects. It has been announced that the new Warner Bros. Peter Pan movie, which is simply titled Pan, has moved its release date in order not to clash with the release of Ant-Man.
It was originally announced that Pan would hit the big screen on July 17, 2015 but, once Warner Bros. realised that this was the very same date that Ant-Man was being released, they decided to move the release date of Pan. It has not been moved too far though, as it has been confirmed that Pan will now hit the big screen on July 24, 2015, just a week later than expected.

Ant-Man will be a big movie
The Pan movie has a fairly impressive cast including such Hollywood stars as Hugh Jackman, Amanda Seyfried, Garrett Hedlund, Cara Delevingne, and Rooney Mara, with the young actor Levi Miller taking on the role of Peter Pan.Pan has been directed by Joe Wright, based on the screenplay by Jason Fuchs, with the trailer for the movie below.
