A Gifted Man actor Patrick Wilson has revealed how he and his brothers once formed a heavy metal cover band when they were younger. Patrick admitted that he and his brothers drifted towards the heavy metal rock scene back in the 80s and that performing in the band effectively shaped his musical taste forever.
Wilson explained, "There was always a lot of music going on in our house. We were three boys in the '80s, and we gravitated toward rock. I think your teenage years define your musical roots forever. You're always looking for a theme for your high school years.” Patrick then discussed his children’s taste in music, adding, "They will say what they don't like more than what they like, and usually that's determined by the girls, who love Justin Bieber,"
He continued, "They will say, 'Oooo, Daddy, I don't like Justin Bieber' - or 'Beaver', as they say. But we'll listen to songs, and I'll point out voices to them. My 5-year-old knows Elvis's voice." You can catch Patrick Wilson performing on your television screen in his acting capacity in A Gifted Man, which airs on CBS on Fridays at 8/7c.
