The fourth still from 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' has been released, courtesy of The Hunger Games Explorer. With the teaser trailer premiering tomorrow, excitement for Hunger Games fans is at a peak. Until then, we have this new still featuring Donald Sutherland and Philip Seymour Hoffman in Catching Fire.

Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne in 'Catching Fire'
Donald Sutherland reprises his role as President Snow whereas Philip Seymour Hoffman is a new addition to the cast, playing Head Gamemaker Plutarch Heavensbee. He replaces Wes Bentley's Seneca Crane in the Hunger Games, who [SPOILER for those who haven't read the books or seen the first film] gets executed after the Games for allowing two victors to live.
'Catching Fire' picks up 6 months after the end of the Hunger Games, and it is considered by many fans to be considered the best of the trilogy. This still doesn't reveal much from the film, but it does show that much like the first film, there will be scenes that take place outside of Katniss's world to fill in the viewer of what's going on in the Capitol.
