Blow Me (One Last Kiss) singer Pink has managed to get herself back in tip-top shape, after giving birth to her daughter Willow back in June 2011, thanks to a fitness regime from her personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins. Now, Jeanette has spoken about the innovative workout that she put Pink through.
While talking to US Magazine, Jeanette explained, “This is an amazing exercise that you can do in a boot camp or in interval training workout to help you burn calories and tone the entire body from head to toe.”
She added, “Take your feet hip distance apart, slap the ground, throw the legs back, give me push up, throw the legs back up, big jump. Shuffle to the right, touch the ground, shuffle to the left. Now try that one more time! Now do 15 more reps.”
Pink has previously spoken of the rigorous workouts that Jeanette put her through, telling Shape magazine at the time, “She kicked my butt more than any other person I’ve ever worked out with.” Well it clearly worked as Pink looks as good as she ever has.
