English singer Pixie Lott has revealed that she would love to be able to do a collaboration with another female artist because all female collaborations do not happen very often. Pixie stated that she would love to do a duet with another female star, with something along the lines of the Brandy and Monica 1998 hit The Boy Is Mine as her inspiration.
Lott explained, "I'd love to do a duet with a female singer because not many girls do it. It's more boy and girl.” She continued by adding, “I don't know if you remember this song form back in the day, Brandy and Monica, The Boy Is Mine, I love that song, so I'd love to do something like that."
Pixie added, "There's so many amazing people. It could be UK or American. In America, you've got Beyoncé or Rihanna, all these amazing people. Adele, who's in both markets. Jessie J, Ellie Goulding… there's loads." However, Pixie Lott recently admitted that she would struggle to sing some of the songs by Rihanna due to the sexual lyrics that the singer has in a lot of her songs.
