Prince William and his beautiful wife Kate Middleton took advantage of the wonderful weather today in London, as they spent the afternoon together watching the tennis at Wimbledon. The couple received a welcoming ovation from the crowd as they took their seats in the royal box.
Kate seemed to follow the tradition that the players have to follow by wearing a white, Alice Temperley, dress. The players at Wimbledon are still required to wear predominantly white clothing, while participating in their matches at the Lawn Tennis Association.
Prince William and Kate Middleton called off their planned trip to Canada and Los Angeles, to attend today’s tennis on centre court. While there they would have had plenty to cheer about as British player Andy Murray progressed to the quarter finals in straight sets. Murray bowed to the royal after his victory as a sign of respect for the royal couple.
