Indian actress Priyanka Chopra shocked Bollywood entertainment insiders and commentators with how quickly she changed her physique to film her role in the movie "Dil Dhadakne Do".
The beautiful actress who worked with boxer Jharna Sanghvi for almost a year to build a physique similar to that of Olympic medal winner Mary Kom was informed by director Zoya Akhtar that he needed her to look like a svelte and portray a suave businesswoman by the time they went on the cruise to film "Dil Dhadakane Do" which would be shot on a cruise liner sailing through Europe.
To look like a businesswoman she had to lose 7 kilograms over 20 days due to her busy film schedule. Such a goal would be almost unattainable for the average person but one thing that can be said about this talented actress and has been proven with her accomplishments as a beauty queen, actress and singer is that she is anything but ordinary.
From the moment she finished her "Mary Kom" shoot she embraced a challenging diet and exercise regimen devised by boxer Jharna Sanghvi that consisted of absolutely 'no' carbohydrates and required her to eat a protein rich diet and run every day for at least 30 minutes.
She never deviated from the program created by her trainer and the results of her discipline and commitment can be seen in the face of the actress on her Instagram page where she is seen in pictures with the makers of 'Dil Dhadakne Do'
Priyanka Chopra by the end of the 20 days had lost the 7 kilograms and in the process had made the transition from brawny boxer to svelte suave businesswoman prior to her boarding the cruise ship to film "Dil Dhadakne Do'. Her weight loss in short a short time not only earned her the respect of many a filmmaker but also has left many fans and entertainment insiders wondering if there is anything she cannot do.
