There was a lot of talk about the movie Ram-Leela, when it was revealed that the role in the movie was first offered to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, before she rejected it and it was then taken on by Priyanka Chopra. The movie is due to open in a few weeks and the cast have spoken about the film.
Priyanka Chopra has now opened up about the song that she performs in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie, admitting that the song felt very special to her.
Chopra told IANS, "The song is very different and special because I am a huge fan of Mr Bhansali. It's a modern mujra which you all have not seen for a long time. It's got Indian music and vibes, but still western and contemporary. It has got a different look, different form of dancing and I didn't have time to rehearse. I used to rehearse at night."
As well as starring Priyanka Chopra, Ram-Leela also stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone and has been described by some as being a Gujarati adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. Ram-Leela will open on November 15 and you can catch the trailer for the movie below.
