Hollywood movie maker Quentin Tarantino has given us some fantastic movies over the years and every time one of his films becomes a huge success, there are always calls for him to make a sequel to the film. This is exactly what happened with the 1994 movie Pulp Fiction, which is arguably his best movie to date.
For years there have been calls for Quentin Tarantino to make another Pulp Fiction movie and, considering what a huge success the movie was, grossing $213m worldwide from an $8m budget, it was a surprise that a Pulp Fiction sequel was never made. Over the years, Quentin has insisted that he has no plans to make a new Pulp Fiction movie but it looks like he has now had a change of heart.
There has been a lot of talk about what will be the next movie that Quentin Tarantino directs and, while he has suggested that he could make another Western movie, he has now confirmed that he is going to repay his loyal fans by giving them what they want, a Pulp Fiction sequel.
Quentin Tarantino has revealed that he is currently working with Roger Avary on a new story for Pulp Fiction 2, which he has admitted will include some of the surviving characters from the original Pulp Fiction movie. It is thought that we could see Samuel L Jackson reprising his role as Jules, while Bruce Willis could also return as Butch. With the writing only just underway, it could be a while before we see Pulp Fiction 2 hit the big screen.
