R&B legend R. Kelly has revealed how he does not get involved with people when they throw criticism in his direction. R. Kelly made the claim after Trey Songz criticised him for jumping on the band wagon and following new trends such as auto tune, rather than standing alone as an innovator.
R. Kelly responded by saying, "I was pretty numb. I don't feel those type of things. It's like I'm bulletproof when it comes to beef. I don't deal with beef, I love steak." He then added, "I know Trey Songz is a guy that if he keeps with the hits and he humbles himself a little bit more, he will definitely be one of the runners up."
R. Kelly has fallen from grace a bit since his heyday back in the 1990s and early 2000s and has since found himself being overtaken by the up and coming young guns, such as Trey Songz. However, R. Kelly does always seem to remain humble and stay out of slanging matches.
