Rachel Reynolds took part in the ALS ice bucket challenge on "The Price Is Right" and her appearance on the show combined with her recent interview with inRegister in Baton Rouge, LA have some thinking that her next career move might be as a morning talk show host in Louisiana.
In the conversation with inRegister which included her husband, ex-professional baseball player David Dellucci, she revealed something that is common knowledge to anyone who has met her or heard her speak recently: she loves being a mother, wife and living in Louisiana more than anything else and has no intention of living anywhere else.
She currently travels to Los Angeles once or twice a month during which time she will tape several episodes of "Price Is Right" and as such she keeps an apartment in the city but she makes it very clear that she is from Louisiana and being there with her family is what she enjoys most.
It is her love for her family and Louisiana that has some fans speculating that she would be ideal as a morning host in the state. She is very comfortable in front of the camera having been a model on "The Price Is Right" since 2003 and has deep ties to the state of Louisiana having attended Louisiana State University as a track and field athlete. Rachel also has been a prominent model for VENUS swimwear and on the cover of Fitness RX magazine several times so she is known to both the daytime television viewer and both male and female admirers of swimsuit fashions and fitness magazines thus she is a 'known' commodity.
Rachel Reynolds has made 'no' statement indicating an interest in becoming a morning talk show host but a move from "Price Is Right" where she has watched and worked with Drew Carey for several years to a morning talk show in Louisiana is something that very likely could work for her and would allow her to be close to home and those she treasures most: her family. Just a thought of a potential option that some of her fans think might become a reality sometime in the future.
