Red Hot Chili Peppers have revealed that their latest album is going to be titled, ‘I’m With You’ after deciding to do away with previously suggested titles. It will be the bands tenth studio album and is set to be released on August 29.
It is the bands first record since their double album 'Stadium Arcadium', which was released in 2006. It will also be the first album to be released since ‘One Hot Minute’ in 1995, that does not feature John Frusciante who quit in 2009.
An avid fan of the band revealed his excitement saying, "I am extremely excited for the new album...its been a long wait! It will be interesting to hear the new sound without John in the band. I'm sure with Flea's uniqueness it will still sound Chili Pepper's esque!"
‘I’m With You’ has been produced by Rick Rubin, who is a regular collaborator with Red Hot Chili Peppers. The album’s release is set to be preceded by the lead single ‘The Adventures of Raindance Maggie’ which will be released on July 18.
