It looks like Reese Witherspoon has made another great friend, quite possibly a BFF, with her acting co-star Sofia Vergara. The blonde bombshell released pictures of Sofia Vergara doing some emergency makeup 'touch-ups' to her co-star on the set of their new movie "Don't Mess With Texas" in which Reese Witherspoon plays a San Antonio police officer who is on the run with her prisoner, Sofia Vergara.

From the pictures that Reese Witherspoon has released of the two actresses it is obvious that they like each other and enjoy spending time together.

Some entertainment insiders are finding this comedy film an interesting movie project for Reese Witherspoon as it was only several months ago that she was an Internet sensation for how she defended her husband after he was pulled over for drunk driving. Interestingly, she may have received some public criticism but she also became an even bigger favorite of men throughout the world  if that were at all possible for the fact that she was so willing to defend 'her man'.

She is not only the co-star of the project with the attractive Sofia Vergara, a pairing that will bring both men and women to the theaters in droves but she is also the producer of the action-comedy along with her Pacific Standard partners Bruna Papandrea and Dana Fox.

Reese Witherspoon seemed to truly enjoy shooting the film with her 'work wife' as another picture showed her smiling in her blue police uniform with powder all over her while Sofia Vergara flashed the 'peace' sign wearing an attractive white dress.

In addition to "Don't Mess With Texas" she also will be seen in several other films in 2014 starting with "The Good Lie". However, at the moment the Academy Award winning actress is enjoying time with a new partner in crime, Sofia Vergara
