Riya Sen is slowly starting to establish her place in Bollywood, and she was recently interviewed about her secrets to staying fit and looking young. Sen first explains that while she does follow an exercise regime, she feels that, "Indian women appear their best when they are slightly curvaceous.”
That being said, she does admit that she follows a routine to maintain a slim figure. She thanks yoga for helping her keep a thin figure, and adds, "It aids me to think better and feel light plus get a glowing skin." She explains that she dislikes dieting extremes, and makes sure to keep a watch on how much she eats so that she doesn't put on the pounds. She adds that this is difficult because of her love for traditional Bengali food, which includes the carbs-rich rice and potatoes.
Finally, she adds that she attends spinning classes, which are extremely effective and manage to burn almost 800 calories per session.
Finally, Riya's rumored to have been cast as in Krrish 3, alongside Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra. The first two movies were blockbuster hits in Bollywood, and if she has a role in the film, will likely help Riya's profile in the business even more.
