It has been around two years now since Robert Kazinsky appeared on the British television screens as Sean Slater, in the BBC One show Eastenders. Since then, Sean has been making all the right moves and has his career moving in exactly the right direction.
Kazinsky has headed to the states, where his career has really been taking off. In 2010 he appeared in an episode of the crime drama Law & Order: LA and earlier this year he starred in an episode of the US drama Brothers and Sisters. Now it seems he is destined for the big time.
Robert Kazinsky was lined up to appear in the eagerly anticipated Peter Jackson movie The Hobbit but has since pulled out and been replaced by Dean O’Gorman. Kazinsky has now signed on to star in the Guillermo del Toro, sci-fi movie Pacific Rim.
Pacific Rim is set to start filming on October 31 and has a release date, currently set at July 12, 2013. Robert Kazinsky is set to star alongside the likes of Hollywood stars, Charlie Day and Idris Elba. It has also been rumoured that Spider-Man actor Willem Dafoe is also in line to appear in Pacific Rim when it is released.
Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim is set in the future, where humans are battling against an alien race. The war has been running for twelve years and the humans have now developed giant robots to fight off the aliens. It is set to be an action packed movie and could well see the rise of a potential Hollywood star in Robert Kazinsky.
