The future looked bleak for the Twilight couple, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, when it was revealed earlier this year that Kristen had been cheating on Robert with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. The couple split up but Pattinson found it within himself to forgive Kristen and they reunited.
However, recently there have been rumours that Robert has been out and about with a mystery blonde but it appears that she is just a friend and Pattinson has been in regular contact with Kristen. The couple are trying to strengthen their relationship by spending some time apart from each other.
A friend told Hollywood Life, “What is helping the relationship through the tension is being apart, but in contact. While he was in NYC and she was in LA it was a case of ‘absence makes the heart grow fonder.’ They are definitely able to talk more and are definitely able to be in the same room and hangout, but there is still some weird tension.”
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are set to join Taylor Lautner and the rest of the Twilight crew to promote the final movie in the series which is released next month, “For the press tour things are looking like they will go smoothly, even though they will not be together on all of them,” finished the insider.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 is set to be released in both the US and the UK on November 16.
