Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson clearly don't care who knows about their romance anymore, after years of secrecy.

The couple were spotted holding hands at Hollywood hotspot, The Hotel Cafe last night. The 'Twilight' lovers, who have allegedly been together for around four years now, proudly held on to each other as they left their favourite night spot and made their way to their car, another sign that the couple are ready to make their romance more public.
After years of leaving events seperately and refusing to confirm the romance, it looks as if the pair have finally come to the conclusion that they don't care who knows about their love.

After being caught kissing earlier this year at the Cannes Film Festival, we don't think there is anyone out there who doesn't know that they are an item.
While the couple have claimed they want to keep their private life out of the headlines it seems that they are just as awkward around each other in private.
Speaking of their romance 'Twilight' co-star Jackson Rathbone said it was “endearingly awkward”.
He told Celebuzz during the casts' visit to Comic Con earlier this month: “It’s really cute. It’s endearingly awkward at moments, to be honest,”
Adding: “Maybe that’s just off camera…”
Referring to the final movie in the vampire franchise 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2' the actor said: “It’s [going to] look great, it’s [going to] be great. They’re so sweet. They’re all fantastic actors."
The final movie will be a poignant moment for the actor as he admitted the cast and crew had become a family after filming the five 'Twilight' movies together, even referring to Kristen as his “sister”.
The star, who welcomed his first son on July 5, also joked about bringing baby Jackson to see “Uncle Rob and Auntie Kris”.
