Could Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart be staying friends after their split? Initially, after the split was first reported several months ago, all the news seemed to indicate that the breakup was anything but amicable. Then, it was actually announced that Rob and Riley Keough were dating, even though Riley was supposedly said have been one of Kristen's best friends.

However, Rob was reportedly spotted over at Kristen's house this past week, and he was then reported to have spent several hours there. A source explains to Hollywood Life, "He stopped by on the weekend and they both spent some time together, catching up. Kristen was really happy to see him, but I think in the end they were both sad because they still have feelings for each other. It’s not as simple as just getting back together. Seeing each other brought up a lot stuff for both of them. For now, work — not rebuilding a relationship — comes first. It’s sad.”
The source also adds that there's a small chance of a reunion in the future, explaining, "He’s told his friends that during a different time and different circumstances, they could make it work.”
