Robin Thicke has been getting a lot of attention over the past couple of days, right after Justin Timberlake’s ‘Suit & Tie’ song dropped on the internet.

JT’s Suit & Tie recently debuted after a long hiatus from the singer, but the song has been getting compared to Thicke’s LP Sex Therapy: The Session by fans, especially since both singers look alike and the songs sound similar.
Vibe TV was able to ask Thicke about his reactions to the song and the comparisons to Justin Timberlake, to which he replied, “I like the song. The thing about Justin and I is that we're inspired by a lot of the same singers - Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Stevie Wonder - so when you're inspired by the same masters, sometimes you're gonna make certain songs that sound alike but I like the record. It grooves."

Justin Timberlake has released a song for the first time in 6 years
Usually, singers dislike it when they’re compared to other singers, thinking that their caliber or originality is somehow being scored down. However, Thicke seems positively delighted with the comparisons between his song and Timberlake’s, probably due to the fact that this is the first bit of publicity he’s received in a long time, apart from that generated by Real Husbands of Hollywood.
