When it was revealed that Russell Brand and Katy Perry had decided to call time on their marriage, there was not a woman alive who was safe from Russell's womanising ways and sure enough, he was soon back to his old ways. Last year, Russell reclaimed his crown as Shagger of the Year, beating the likes of One Direction's Harry Styles on the way.
Brand has now told Alan Carr that he is proud of this achievement, "I reclaimed my Shagger of the Year crown only last year. And when you think of all the new shaggers now like young Harry Styles and Doctor Who it is quite an achievement. I have shagged them all out of the business. It is a like a Muhammad Ali comeback. I have taken them all out.”
Russell also admitted that, while his marriage to Katy Perry did not work out, it has not put him off marrying again or even starting a family, "I would like a little one. I would possibly get married. Once you have done a marriage there is a lot of hullabaloo if it does not work out. I believe in romantic love," he added.
Russell Brand was filming for the Good Friday special of Alan Carr's Chatty Man and he even took the time to cast his eye over a few of the female members of the audience, before claiming that he has been told to stay away from them.
