The bar which Jackass star Ryan Dunn was drinking in before driving himself to his death has been cleared of any charges. Barnaby’s were facing charges after it was believed that Ryan Dunn was heavily intoxicated before leaving the bar to get into his Porsche 911 GT3.
However, surveillance footage, which general manger Frank Herron shared with the police, shows that Ryan Dunn only had two beers and six shots during the four hours he stayed at the bar. Herron explained, "He spoke clearly. He walked clearly. He came in hop, skip, jumping. He left hop, skip, jumping. If these (blood alcohol) results are true, I'm shocked at it. We were very confident that he had not had that much."
Ryan Dunn drove to his death in the early hours of Monday morning, also killing the passenger in the process. The toxicology report states that the Jackass star was more than twice the legal limit, with a blood alcohol content of 0.196.
