She explains, “When I was dancing on 'Dancing With The Stars,' I was 102 pounds and all muscle. Once I stopped, I gained 20 pounds in a month! I want to be healthy, I want to have kids and I want to live a long time. So, I'm eating well, working out and embracing my butt, curvy legs and hops. Besides, if you're too thin, you look older."
She also reveals her beauty secrets, saying, “If you want to do something fun, pick one thing, like shoes or a bag. I used to match everything. Like, I'd wear gold shoes, a gold belt, a gold skirt, a gold headband, all the way down to gold eyeshadow. I don't do that anymore."

Julianne Hough has really started to come into her own in the movie industry lately, first with Footloose and now with Safe Haven, which is getting mixed to decent reviews. She has a natural presence on screen, and while she used to mostly be famous for being Ryan Seacrest’s girlfriend, that might not be the case for much longer. She does mention in the interview that her goals are her prioritiy, whether there’s a man in her life or not – a refreshing view and a good example for young women.
