Salma Hayek is considered one of the most attractive women in the entertainment industry and also one of the more underrated producers but one of exceptional talent. She is attending the 2014 Cannes Film Festival where the film "The Prophet", an animated film project which she co-produced, a screen adaptation of Khalil Gibran's book is being shown.

She disclosed in an interview that this is one of the few projects in her career that she chose to produce in part because of how she thought it would impact her legacy concerning her daughter.
 
Salma Hayek looked at the potential of the film and saw it as a story that is inclusive of everyone irrespective of one's religion or the different ages of a person. The goal for her was to provide the opportunity to take a journey's into the imagination and make it possible for someone like her daughter to take the journey. The film is divided into chapters all related to the different poems in the book.

The movie is inviting to everyone as is the beauty of Salma Hayek which most people find incredibly appealing and her appearance at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival did not disappoint as she was a beautiful sight to behold. She wore a black knee-length v-neck dress with pink petal motif embroidery along with strappy black heels with a bow and patent tip which also had the pink colour. 
 
Salma Hayek as the co-producer who also voices a character in the movie left an impression of beauty and brains at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival that will not soon be forgotten. 
 
Entertainment insiders note how she was focused on leaving a legacy for her daughter with this film and it seems as if the movie was successful in achieving this objective.
 
Whas should not be forgotten is that Salma Hayek also left an additional legacy for her daughter, one of sophistication, glamour, class and a willingness to protest as shown by her protest on behalf of the Nigerian girls that were kidnapped
 
Salma Hayek is more than just a beautiful actress, she is an actor/producer who thinks both short term and long-term.
