Australian actor Sam Worthington became one of Hollywood’s hottest properties, thanks to the huge success of the movie Avatar and director James Cameron is currently working on Avatar 2 and Avatar 3. Reports have claimed that James Cameron is hoping to film some of the scenes for the Avatar sequels underwater, something which Sam Worthington is a bit unsure about.
Worthington explained, "I am a bit cautious about underwater stuff. Not because of what's under the water, but I find it a weird concept to breathe underwater. It's something humans aren't meant to do.” He continued by comparing it to his new movie Man on a Ledge. Sam added, “It's like being up on a ledge - that's where pigeons live."
Sam Worthington recently revealed that he had quite a bit of fear of being out on the ledge for the movie Man on a Ledge and that the fear was enhanced by the possibility of falling. Man on a Ledge also stars Anthony Mackie, Elizabeth Banks and Jamie Bell. The movie was released on January 27 in the US and has been released in the UK today (February 3).
