Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson has revealed how he is not too bothered about once again being snubbed by the Oscars. Samuel impressed with his performance as a slave in the Quentin Tarantino movie Django Unchained but was not nominated for this year's Academy Awards.

Jackson explained, “No, not particularly. I've had a pretty good career. I don't think it will validate my stature in Hollywood one way or another. I've done some pretty interesting things, and it's been a long and rich career. It's definitely not going to help my box office record!”
Considering the long and successful career that Samuel L Jackson has had and the impressive performances he has had over the years, it is quite surprising that he has only ever been nominated for an Academy Award once. Samuel was nominated for an Oscar for his performance in the 1994 movie Pulp Fiction.
