Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock is set to appear in the upcoming sci-fi thriller Gravity and she has spoken about the movie. Sandra has opened up about the physicality involved in preparing for the role, admitting that she wanted everything to look as real as possible.
Bullock told Digital Spy, "The physical aspects were two-fold - one was the core physicality which I needed in order to execute the wire work that was being done, and thank God I did that. The other side was what I wanted her to look like, or not look like, as a human being."
She added, "She had experienced great tragedy, and a loss no-one should ever feel, which was the loss of a child. I wanted her to look as though she's trying to do everything she can to remove anything that would remind her of what she once was, which was a mum. I wanted the body to look almost androgynous."
As well as starring Sandra Bullock, Gravity also stars Hollywood veteran George Clooney. Gravity is directed by Alfonso Cuaron, who also wrote the script along with Jonas Cuaron. Gravity will be released on October 4 in the US, before then hitting the big screen in the UK on November 8.
