Teenage beauty Selena Gomez was rushed to hospital last Thursday after her appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Selena complained of nausea and headaches, worrying her loved ones. However, the young star has recovered from what was believed to be food poisoning and exhaustion and is now resting at home. Although she did return to the hospital on Saturday for a check up.
Representatives for Selena revealed at the time, "Last night after Selena's appearance on The Tonight Show she wasn't feeling well and was taken to the hospital. She is currently undergoing routine tests.” Rumours that the star is pregnant have been denied although doctors have yet to determine the exact reasoning for the illness.
Meanwhile, Selena Gomez boyfriend Justin Bieber decided to go ahead with a charity gig that he was due to do on Saturday night. Bieber has been showing constant support for his girlfriend with regular “get well” posts on Twitter. Justin was also due to go to the Stanley Cup hockey final on Friday but missed the game to support his young love.
