Fringe actor Seth Gabel is set to appear in the impressive The CW television series Arrow, as the villain Count Vertigo and he has been talking about the character. Seth has been discussing the comparisons between Count Vertigo in Arrow and what Christopher Nolan did with Scarecrow in Batman Begins.

Count Vertigo
Gabel was talking to I Am Rogue when they asked him about how Count Vertigo will not actually have super powers but will instead manifest his power through drugs. They asked him, “So they're manifesting his powers through drugs the way Scarecrow was depicted in Batman Begins?”
Seth responded, “Yeah, that’s exactly right. With that said, I wanted him to have special abilities in some way. I really wanted to make sure that he had a physically intimidating presence on the street and that whoever he goes up against; he ends up being a very worthy adversary for them.”
