Knocked Up actor Seth Rogen has paid Zac Efron a huge compliment, by claiming that the young actor is so much more than just another Disney star. Seth is set to work with Zac on his forthcoming project, which is as of yet untitled, and took time to talk about the High School Musical star.
Rogen explained, "He's the president of a fraternity who really does despicable things, as the president of a fraternity would do. We were just pitching him these ideas, and he was going along with it. We kept looking at each other, like 'he's actually going along with this stuff', and then he would come up with things that would be pushing it further and we thought, 'Wow, people are really going to be shocked.' And so it's exciting to us."
He then added, "He was really looking to be sullied, which is why we thought it would be a good idea. I've met him a few times over the years and the first thing you get from him is that he knows that a guy like me would probably hate him, and he works directly to counteract that feeling. That's why I thought it would be really funny, that he'd be fun to work with and seemed capable of much more than the Disney stuff we've seen him in."
The Seth Rogen movie, which is set to star Zac Efron, is a comedy which centres around a young college frat boy, who annoys the local families in the neighboured with his antics. The movie does not yet have an official release date but it is expected to be released sometime in 2013.
