The news that an Evil Dead remake was being made was initially met with mixed reaction but, once it was confirmed that Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell were involved as producers on the film, most people became optimistic. With Evil Dead set to be released next month, a new TV spot has arrived showing the stars of the movie, which include Shiloh Fernandez and Jessica Lucas.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Evil Dead, it centres around five friends who decide to visit the cabin in the woods. There, they find the Book of the Dead and unknowingly summon demons from the woods. The evil then possesses them, leaving just one person to fight for survival.
As well as starring Shiloh Fernandez and Jessica Lucas, the Evil Dead remake also stars Jane Levy, Elizabeth Blackmore and Lou Taylor Pucci. Evil Dead has been directed by Fede Alvarez, based on the Sam Raimi original, and is set to premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival this weekend, before hitting the big screen in the US on April 5 and then in the UK on April 19.
